Targeted Academic Program Research: We discuss the family’s needs, values, and unique interests in pursuit of higher education. We research and build a school list and advise on Early Decision and Early Action targets.

Personal Statement Design & Editing: We identify the experiences that make the student most unique. From there, we draw out and emphasize key information including leadership, self-awareness, and citizenship. We design an essay outline based on the conversation. The student drafts the essay and benefits from 4 revisions for grammar, clarity, diction, and style.

College Supplemental Essay Design & Editing: We design and edit individual College Supplement Responses to highlight compatibility. We can also guide content around any additional documents, e.g., portfolios, videos, published writing, etc.

Recommendation Writer Guidance & Packets: We build a profile of each potential Recommender and advise on the final slate of letter writers. We create an information packet for each Recommender that maximizes the impact of the Recommendation and minimizes errors.

Application Project Management App: We break down each application step by step, assign tasks, and create a timeline for deliverables to offer visibility and deliver a smooth application experience.

Activities List/CV Design & Revision: We design and edit the Activities List to prioritize each applicant’s story, maximize impact, and conform to guidelines and character limits. Students benefit from 3 revisions.

Interview Preparation & Management: We prepare answers to common interview questions for 2 hours in advance and can tailor to specific schools. We practice successful interview habits, provide communication tips, and manage interview logistics.

Mock Admissions Interview & Feedback: Students participate in a double-masked Mock Admissions Interview to simulate the actual experience. They receive candid, written feedback from experienced interviewers to benefit their scheduled college interviews.

Pre-Submission Application Review: We provide a final revision to ensure that all pieces of the application are polished before submission.

Decision Counseling: We facilitate school selection among the student’s admission offers through a series of customized questionnaires based on decision science.

Counseling Session: An opportunity to receive feedback on any part of the admissions process: ED vs EA, application content, school visits, extracurricular activities, standardized test decision guidance, course selection guidance, step-by-step application execution, and more. Note that a 30-minute counseling session is included with any service above.
